      Operating principle:
      The ice cream slurry enters the freezing cylinder simultaneously with the metered air through the rotor pump, and they are thoroughly mixed by stirring with a stirrer. The freezing of the slurry is accomplished by evaporation of the liquid refrigerant in the jacket of the condensation cylinder. The stainless steel blade on the scraper scrapes off the frozen ice cream on the inner wall of the freezing cylinder, and the discharge pump sends the ice cream out and fills it.
      Standard design:
      The Cathay Pacific WS1000 N1/C1 continuous freezer is made of high quality materials and is fully compliant with the US Food and Dairy Industry Association's 3-A Sanitary Standard. The outer casing of the freezer and the refrigeration system are made of stainless steel. All parts in contact with the mix and ice cream are made of stainless material.
      installation:
      The chiller can be directly connected to the power supply, chiller, air and slurry.
      Freezing cylinder:

      Cooling System:
      Provide a constant cooling capacity to ensure that the ice cream has a stable temperature or viscosity.       Optional imported pump accessories:

      Pumps with “non-coinciding” metal rotors are designed for high performance and low maintenance. The rotor operates with very little clearance and does not come into contact with the surface of the pump chamber that is in close proximity to it. This feature eliminates the high cost of consumable parts that require frequent replacement, and the unique “88” alloy rotor prevents inadvertent bite collisions. The tight clearance combined with the geometry of the rotor, combined with the “ice cream” flow meter, provides efficient flow control.
